Stonewild currently accepts secure credit and debit card payments through Authorize.Net. The card brands and payment choices actually available for an order are the ones displayed during checkout.
Authorization and Order Acceptance
Submitting payment information authorizes the payment processor and Stonewild to process the transaction. A successful payment response or order-confirmation screen does not override product, legal, destination, inventory, fraud-prevention, or shipping eligibility checks. Stonewild may cancel and refund an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled.
Payment Security
Payment processing is handled through secure checkout and the payment processor's systems. Stonewild will never ask you to send a complete card number or security code by email or through a general contact form.
Declines and Duplicate Attempts
If checkout does not clearly confirm an order, check your Stonewild order history and email before submitting again. A bank can temporarily display a pending authorization even when a transaction is declined or not completed. Contact your bank or Stonewild support if the status remains unclear.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing and posting times are controlled in part by the payment processor and financial institution.
