1. Adult Use and Customer Responsibility
The website and purchasing functions are intended for adults age 18 or older. A person under 18 must not create an account or place an order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with all laws that apply to the purchase, possession, receipt, transport, and use of a product.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity under your account. Provide current contact information, use a unique password, and notify Stonewild promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict or close an account when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or misuse of the site.
3. Product Information and Availability
We work to keep descriptions, images, compatibility information, inventory, pricing, and availability accurate. Product appearance can vary by screen, and product specifications and availability can change. Confirm fit, compatibility, and suitability before ordering. Inventory is not reserved until an order is accepted, and an item can become unavailable after checkout.
4. Restricted, Regulated, and Hazardous Products
Certain products—including ammunition, primers, propellants, hazardous materials, regulated components, knives, and other age- or location-restricted merchandise where offered—may be subject to federal, state, local, carrier, product-specific, or legal rules. Verification may be required. By ordering, you certify that you meet all applicable age and eligibility requirements and may lawfully purchase, possess, receive, and use the product at the delivery destination.
Stonewild will not complete a sale or shipment where prohibited. We may refuse, hold, cancel, or refund an order when eligibility cannot be verified or when a carrier, destination, product, or legal restriction prevents delivery. Product information on this site is not legal advice.
5. Prices, Promotions, and Errors
Prices and promotions can change without notice before an order is submitted. The checkout total controls, subject to correction of obvious errors. Promotions may have exclusions, limits, and stated dates. If a material pricing, product, tax, or shipping error occurs, Stonewild may correct it and contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order.
6. Payment
Stonewild currently accepts eligible credit and debit card payments through Authorize.Net. By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable charges. A payment authorization or automated confirmation is not final acceptance if the order fails product, inventory, fraud, destination, shipping, or legal review.
7. Order Acceptance, Cancellation, and Quantity Limits
We may accept, limit, hold, or cancel an order for legitimate business, security, inventory, delivery, legal, or customer-protection reasons. If Stonewild cancels an order after collecting payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method. We may limit quantities or reject orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale, misuse, or circumvention of restrictions.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Available methods and charges are shown at checkout based on the cart and destination. Some products cannot ship to certain locations or address types. A Stonewild order may arrive in separate packages. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Risk-of-loss and title rules apply as provided by applicable law. 9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Returns require prior contact and are subject to condition, timing, product, safety, carrier, product-specific, and legal restrictions. The policy is not an unconditional satisfaction or money-back guarantee.
10. Order and Tracking Communications
You consent to transactional communications needed to process and support an order, including confirmation, delay, cancellation, shipping, tracking, return, refund, security, or account notices. Split shipments may generate separate tracking messages. Marketing communications are governed by separate preferences and applicable law.
11. Acceptable Website Use
Do not interfere with site operation; bypass access, security, product, quantity, geographic, or eligibility controls; submit false information; scrape or copy protected content at disruptive scale; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; or use the site for unlawful activity. We may block activity that threatens customers, the business, providers, or the website.

The Stonewild name, branding, original site design, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Stonewild and protected by applicable law. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners. Limited personal use of the website does not transfer any ownership rights.

Content you submit must be truthful, relevant, lawful, and must not violate another person's rights. You grant Stonewild a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to our Privacy Policy. Any product warranty that applies will be described with the product or provided during Stonewild support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonewild is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any direct-liability limitation will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Stonewild from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, false eligibility representation, or infringement of another person's rights.
18. Governing Law and Severability
