At Stonewild, we know dependable shipping matters. Whether you are ordering gear for hunting season, a camping trip, a range day, a weekend project, or everyday outdoor use, our goal is to make the shipping process as clear and reliable as possible.
Shipping options, rates, delivery estimates, and available carriers may vary depending on the items ordered, the shipping address, product availability, package size, warehouse location, and carrier service availability.
Order Processing
Orders are typically reviewed and processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, payment verification, supplier processing, order volume, and shipping requirements.
In some cases, an order may require additional review before shipment. If there is an issue with your order, shipping address, product availability, or payment information, we may contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods
Stonewild may ship orders through major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other available shipping providers. The carrier used for your order may depend on the item, destination, package size, supplier, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Customers may not always be able to choose a specific carrier. If multiple shipping options are available, they will be shown during checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your order, shipping destination, package weight, package size, carrier availability, and selected shipping method. Any available shipping rates or promotions will be displayed during checkout before your order is placed.
From time to time, Stonewild may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or promotional shipping offers. These offers may change without notice and may be subject to exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, location restrictions, product restrictions, or carrier limitations.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier or shipping method. Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe provided, but delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, holidays, address issues, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside of Stonewild's control.
Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for final delivery. Tracking information, when available, will provide the most current delivery status.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking number shows no movement right away, please allow time for the carrier system to update. Carrier scans and tracking updates are not always immediate.
PO Boxes
Some items may be eligible for delivery to a PO Box, while others may require a physical shipping address. Larger items, restricted items, oversized products, or carrier-specific shipments may not be deliverable to a PO Box.
If an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we may contact you for a valid physical shipping address.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in more than one package or from more than one location. If this happens, items may arrive on different days and may have separate tracking numbers.
Multiple shipments do not always mean there is a problem with the order. It may simply mean the items are being fulfilled from different locations or by different shipping methods.
Shipping Delays
While we work to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible, occasional delays may happen. Delays may be caused by product availability, supplier processing, carrier issues, weather events, high order volume, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other factors beyond our direct control.
If we become aware of a significant issue with your order, we will do our best to contact you with an update.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Stonewild is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Continental United States
Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times may vary by location. Some items may only be available for shipment within the continental United States. Additional restrictions may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, PO Boxes, or certain remote locations.
