Stonewild works to keep product and shipping prices clear and competitive. Prices, availability, promotions, and shipping costs can change as product costs, inventory, carrier rates, and market conditions change.
The Checkout Price Controls
The price and eligible promotion displayed in checkout when an order is submitted are the terms for that order, subject to correction of obvious errors and the order-acceptance terms in our Terms of Use. A cart or saved page does not reserve inventory or a price.
Promotions
Promotions may have start and end dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, customer or order limits, and other stated conditions. Promotions cannot be combined unless the offer expressly allows it. A promotion has no cash value.
Price-Review Requests
Stonewild does not promise to match every competitor. We may review a request involving the same new, in-stock item sold by an authorized U.S. retailer, including comparable shipping and required fees. Marketplace sellers, auctions, membership prices, clearance, coupons, bundles, used items, pricing errors, restricted offers, and out-of-stock items may be excluded. Any adjustment is discretionary and must be approved before the Stonewild order is placed.
Pricing Errors
If a material pricing, tax, shipping, or product-information error is discovered, Stonewild may correct it and, when necessary, contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order.
